All individuals and organizations interested in eLearning are welcome to contribute content to the eLearningFuture site. The editorial team at eLearningFuture.com will review all submissions and publish all suitable content to the proper area of the site. Due to the volume of submissions we receive, we will not be able to personally notify you when your content goes live. Please check back regularly.
We regularly publish content in our standard categories:
- Case Studies. A case study is typically 1000 words or longer and delves into specific details around work you’ve done for a client. Standard case study sections include: The challenge (where you describe the problem the client had that prompted them to seek you out), The solution (what you did for them), and The results (how the client benefited). The point of this kind of content is to educate and inform the audience about an effective solution to a problem. Submit a case study by email to: content[at]elearningfuture.com
- Demos. These are self-contained, working sample modules from actual products or solutions you’ve built. If you want to show something that requires additional technology (for example, it won’t work without a proprietary component or an additional client-side download), then you can submit a self-running demo movie that shows someone going through the module. Submit a demo by email to: content[at]elearningfuture.com (zip it small or send a link where we can pick up the zip).
- News. This is where we publish industry news that is directly submitted to our site by contributors. It is primarily press releases and other notices about the achievements of individuals and businesses in the field of eLearning. Submit news by email to: content[at]elearningfuture.com
- The Stream. This is where we provide outbound links to other worthy sites that offer content about elearning. It’s called The Stream because it is typically quick moving, and loaded with interesting things. The information here is curated (hand-picked) by our editorial team – to ensure that it is relevant. Recommend a site by email to: content[at]elearningfuture.com.
- White Papers. A white paper typically runs 1000 words or longer and takes a position on how a typical eLearning problem is best solved. It may advocate for a particular technique or technology. It should include enough background information about the problem and the solution to be useful to readers who may want to apply this solution to a similar problem they are facing. Submit a white paper by email to: content[at]elearningfuture.com
What we don’t publish:
- Content that is overtly sales content – which serves only promotional purposes.
- Content that is substance-free. There are plenty of other sites that publish platitudes about eLearning. Buzzwords = alarm bells here.
We reserve the right to:
- Not publish any content that is not suitable for the audience (as determined by our editorial team)
- Edit any submitted content for length or writing quality
